Free use of tools

DevKitYard provides free online tools for developer and designer workflows. You may use the tools for personal, educational and commercial work, subject to these terms.

No warranties

DevKitYard is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. No warranty is given that the tools will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

User responsibility

You are responsible for checking outputs before using them in production, sharing files, publishing code or relying on generated values. Do not use DevKitYard for unlawful, harmful or abusive activity.

Files and data

You are responsible for the files, text, code and other content you use with DevKitYard tools. Avoid uploading or entering sensitive data unless you understand how the specific tool handles it.

Optional accounts

A DevKitYard account is optional for the free public tools. An account can be used to save favourites and preferences across devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for providing accurate account information.

Creating a DevKitYard account does not create or activate an ElementYard account. Access to other DevKitYard applications may be offered separately and will require an opt-in action.

Intellectual property

DevKitYard, including its branding, interface design and website content, is owned by its creator or licensors. Outputs you create with the tools generally belong to you, subject to any third-party rights or materials you provide.

DevKitYard UI Packs usage licence

Original downloadable DevKitYard UI components and packs are free to use inside personal, commercial and client end products. This means using the code as part of a website, web application, SaaS product or another project you are building—not redistributing the component collection itself.

Permitted use

• Use the components in personal, commercial and client projects.
• Use the components in websites, web applications and SaaS products.
• Use any provided HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Svelte or Tailwind output.
• Modify the components and combine them with your own code.
• Use the components without attribution to DevKitYard.

Redistribution restrictions

• Do not resell the DevKitYard components themselves as a component library.
• Do not redistribute the DevKitYard packs themselves.
• Do not republish substantially unchanged components as another downloadable component collection.
• Do not create a competing component, template or asset library primarily from DevKitYard components.
• Do not claim ownership or authorship of the original DevKitYard collection itself.

This licence applies only to original DevKitYard UI components and packs that DevKitYard has the right to license. It does not grant rights to third-party assets, content or trademarks.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevKitYard and its owner will not be liable for loss, damage, data issues, business interruption or other consequences arising from use of the website or tools.

Future changes

DevKitYard may add, remove, change or limit tools and features over time. These terms may also be updated as the service expands.
