A useful GA4 campaign URL normally includes utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. Term and content are optional.

Use consistent campaign names

GA4 treats UTM values as case-sensitive. Agree on a lowercase naming convention before sharing links, and never add campaign tags to internal links because they can replace the visitor's original attribution.
